How does Dermy Doc's Skincare Subscription Box work?

When you subscribe to Dermy Doc Box, you'll receive a box every season (Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall) for $54.99/delivery. Each box comes with 5+ full-size skin and hair care products that are Dermy Doctor approved, valued at greater than $100. In addition to hand-selected products, your box will include a helpful pamphlet, written by Dr. Fahs, that will give you detailed info on the products, directions for use, special tips and exclusive discounts from retailers. Best of all, you can pause, skip or cancel your subscription any time.

When I sign up, which skincare product box will I get?

When you sign up, you'll receive that season's box as long as it is not sold out. Future boxes will then be delivered at regular quarterly intervals.

When will my credit card be charged?

If you are already an active Dermy Doc Box subscriber, you will be billed on the 1st of the subscription month (ie: March 1st, June 1st, September 1st, December 1st.)

If you are a new subscriber, you will be billed on the day that you sign up. Please note: If you sign up at the end of a season, you will receive the current season's box and then receive the next season's box shortly after if the current season's box is not sold out.

Is there a non-subscription option?

Yes, you can make a one-time purchase for $64.99 including gifting options!

What brands are included?

You can expect a variety of both drugstore and high-end samples and full-sized skin and hair care products. Products will have already been vetted by Dr. Fahs to ensure high-quality and standards! Can I customize my box?

At this time, we do not provide customization options, but hope to do so in the future!

Is this subscription suited for all skin types?

As a dermatologist, Dr. Fahs knows that not every product will work well for every single person. Her goal is to sift through the overwhelming amount of options and present you with products that are high-quality, allowing you to try them at an affordable price, so that you can determine if they're right for you. Each product will include detailed information in the product pamphlet on uses, benefits and star ingredients to help you make an educated choice.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To pause, skip or cancel your subscription simply log on to your account in the upper right hand corner. If you don't have an account created, simply click "create account" and use the email address you used to make your original purchase. Once logged onto your account click Manage Subscription to see options. If you have trouble, send us an email (info@dermydocbox.com), we're here to help!

What are shipping costs outside of the US?

Shipping in the US is free. Outside the US, we offer shipping to Canada only at this time. Shipping costs to Canada will vary based on your location. To calculate your shipping cost, add the subscription to your cart and click checkout. You'll be able to type in your address and see your shipping total before completing checkout.
