US Shipping

US subscription boxes qualify for free shipping. Dermy Doc Box ships within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/DPO/FPO addresses, and outside U.S. territories.

Boxes are shipped within 2-3 business days after receipt of payment, unless purchased a “pre-order”period. This is subject to change at any time, and any delays resulting from unforeseen circumstances are not subject to a refund.

Canada Shipping

Shipping to Canada can take up to an additional 10 business days or longer for delivery from when the package leaves the warehouse.

Address Changes

Address changes must be made before the first of the month in order to take effect for that month’s shipping. If the address is not updated in time, the carrier has the right to charge a forwarding fee. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong or old shipping address, or delayed deliveries. The customer is responsible for filing all claims.
